Got blood test back can someone help me out

So I ran epi + beast and took before and after bloods, I have been off cycle for 3months now... 25 years old

Before

Test Serum 302
LH 2.5
FSH 4.7
Estradiol 25.0
BUN 19
BUN/Creatinine Ratio 17

After

Test Serum 294
LH 6.9
FSH 4.5
Estradiol 10.0
BUN 24
BUN/Creatinine Ratio 22

I ran clomid 100/50/50/50, forma and HCG Generate, got late gyno so ran Letro for 4weeks.
 
wow that is low test for a 25 year old imo

what is your diet like, sleeping, drug use, alcohol intake, etc etc

what are your stats?

might want to do another pct and get some more blood work to see if you can get those levels up some more. maybe try unleashed and see how you feel.
 
I dont do any drugs, barely drink, maybe once a month, sleep average 7hours a day, Im an engineer so I work from about 8-5 everyday.

Diet is 40/40/20 protein/carb/fat whe I cut its more like 50/30/30, I dont feel lethargic and my libido is not down, I have no clue why it is so low, I do have prostate and colon cancer in the family, I was also born premature weighed about 1pound, I was always told I was going to be very short and weak but im 5'10" 195lbs now...
 
id double my fat intake if i was in your shoes and see how it goes.

good fats now not just any fat.
 
your LH levels and FSH levels are strong. your total test is on the lower end but nothing to worry about.. just keep lifting hard and it should creep up.. some guys have 800 total test and they have no libido and are all depressed. everyone is different as long as you feel good then you are g2g.

i would say you are recovered just fine comparing your befores and afters. time for another cycle if you are ready
 
Appreciate all the input, was going to run SARM's + Katana, anyone have an idea what I can take to raise my Test levels naturally?
 
you could try adding some vitamins and minerals.. zinc.. who knows.. you could try to sleep 1-2 hrs more a day .. might help.. might not.. might not even be possible.

also maybe try to be a bit more active during your shift.. take a lil walk here and there if you can.

but lifting heavy.. squats and deads will help
 
Already lift heavy, bust my ass in the gym, take daily vitamins... will try to get more sleep and be more active during the day
 
I agree with what has been said by Judo and Steve. Lift heavy on squats and DL and plenty of good fats. Unleashed will free up some test.
