Go to the training forum and find the 5x5 sticky. Follow that with a high protein, moderate (good) carbs and good fat (natural pb, whole milk, olive oil, etc) diet. You will put on muscle and quickly. 6' and 190 there is NO need for gear. Not a flame at all my brother but it would be a waste of juice.
I am sorry to hear about your break up but you can go in there and tear it up at both the gym and the kitchen and really make some fantastic progress, I assure you. Good luck with which ever route you choose and if the relationship was no good, then all you did was help yourself out. Life is too short to be around negative!! Good luck my friend in all your future projects and relationships.
Hehe.. The reason for my sorry ass 190 pounds, is because i have a pretty low natural test, when i started i was like little kid at 120 pounds, so i have gone up a bit
