Fri:Chest,tri
Sat:Back,bi
Sun:Shoulder,legs
Mon:Rest
And so on..
Your diet needs alot of work bro...doesn't look like many cals or good macronutrient ratios if you're trying to pack on muscle. diet board has alot of good stuff
baked potatoes and regular pasta have to go.....switch to true whole wheat pasta and sweet potatoes or yams.
you also have no good fats in there...where's the flax oil or natural PB?
fix up your diet and you'll grow. you don't need the juice just yet unless you have some natural hormone/genetic issues that are holding you back (which you don't).
also your workout may not be very condusive to muscle growth. hitting bodyparts 2x a week for most people will definetely result in overtraining...there's no way i could do legs twice a week at the intensity i do, unless i was on gear.
