give me some ideas on some intense cardio workouts to include in my routine

large amounts of burpees, sprints, bear crawls, and buddy carries. or this:


Do it on a basketball court or area you can bear crawl

12 jumping jacks
11 jump squats
10 pushups
9 lunges
8 close grip pushups
7 hindu squats
6 floor lifts
5 burpees
4 squat thrusters
3 one leg squats
2 one armed pushups
1 gator pushups

so basically you do the first exercise, for example 12 jumping jacks, then you bear crawl to half court, do another 12 jumping jacks then 11 jump squats, bear crawl back, then do 12, 11, 10, bear crawl, then 12, 11, 10, 9, etc.

gets you so winded
