Awesome clip Mike! When I was 16 I remember one of my instructors telling me how a student got caught with a kidney punch and soaked his entire gi. lol A few years later another guy I saw got hit with a really hard knee. Knocked a few kidney stones out of place and he was urinating blood for a while afterwards. Made me make sure to cover up ever since.
