Morning Weight: totally spaced the ritual.. but feeling WAY harder and visually the mirror backs that up... pics on sunday for certain..
Morning Cardio:
45 minutes heavy ArcTrainer, HR at 153-161bpm...
Food and Supps:
PLANNED Calories low for the day, but much higher carbs than usual and lowered the fats. The endurance work wants the carbs... felt way better, way harder, for way longer. way cool.

Two turkey patties with chipotles, wheat berries and lentil salad with black olives and crumbled feta
Two bowls of Heart to Heart cereal today, each with one cup of 1% milk... should do a third but may skip it for the sake of popcorn and Ostrim cals... we shall see
Should get three apples in today, but i may blow that off and do a medium bag of air pop at the movies.... no M&Ms though, alas, that is for another time....

Just your basic heavy abs then HIIT sprints on the Eliptical for 15 minutes...
no oblique work today, getting a bit thick and need pull back on that stuff....
Inverted Radical Pikes: 4 sets, three of six one of four
Cable crunches: 3 sets of 8 @ 175, 185 and 195
Plate Crunches: incline bench at level three, 3 sets of 12, 25lb plate, 35 then 45... ouch.
Good day, abs are poppin' like never before... diet and VERY MINIMAL reps/sets.... just heavy heavy...
