Click to expand... that was always the stumbling block in the past. first thing when i wake up i eat a few bowls of ceral...that digests real fast and i can lift 20 minutes later. then i eat right when i'm done.

jnevin New member Jun 1, 2009 #29 I was up at 6:00 today. Went over and did an hour of cardio and stretched for 20 minutes. I feel so mellow now. It's glorious.
