getting up early has revolutionized my life

The key is to get yourself on a regular cycle - meaning even on weekends you don't deviate from it (much). It's much easier on the body that way. So only doing it 2-3 days a week generally won't work.
 
bino how many days a week are yuo doing this? I have been getting up during the week at 5:30 for 6am cardio as well. most days, that is. this morning, no. Just wasnt feeling up to it/

5 days a week
3 weight days and two cardio days
on my days off i also workout too
 
Why not go to bed late and then wake up later. If you do the math its' the same thing. I go to bed 3am most nights working.

cause night sleep is better than early am sleep imo

Kinda like the people who shwo up at work at 6am. Then spend the next 3 hours drinking coffee like truckers, reading newspapers and talking to co-workers about their kids, politics and other useless bullshit until the people who do the real work come in at 9 and 10 :)
