that was always the stumbling block in the past.
first thing when i wake up i eat a few bowls of ceral...that digests real fast and i can lift 20 minutes later.
then i eat right when i'm done.
I have a friend... LOL, I talk to everyday who gets up at 430 to work out, before she works with her clients.

Anyway, I was in the Navy and getting up at 600 was routine, now, shit if I get up before 9, as I have of recently during the summer, I get up earlier....
I'm feeling better.
Getting up early is indicative of just good behavior, harmonious, and a driven attitude.
I feel sorta delirious LOL. 30 minutes in the pool and I am feelin sorta high. I figure I will hit the pool every AM before work and either go for a walk or train w/weights 3 days during the week. Have my weekends off and all will be right in the world.
