Getting in shape for boxing

I've got a boxing match in a couple months, and i need a 2 or 3 day a week cardio workout to go with my HST program. i'll be lifting on monday, wed, and fri. so tues, thur, and probably sat would be my cardio days. any input on what the best kind of cardio for this is greatly appreciated! thanks everyone
 
Boxing is actually the best cardio workout for the upper body muscles because of the punching movements involved. Benefits of cardio boxing is increased stamina, speed, coordination and strength.
 
lots of jump rope,after you get better at jump rope add 5lbs ankle weights on,jog with a weight vest and weight ankle,do punching drills,weight pull ups and dips
