everything you said is 100% true. i used to train at a primarily black gym near newark and it was the same shit.

i used to joke with them about how their post workout meals were fried chicken and koolaid (which was followed by a rice + beans joke towards me )

lol. I fuck with them guys all the time. I swear there is this one guy who is all of 175 and ripped to shreds. He benches three days a week and goes straight to 315 with no warm ups. He puts his feet on the bench and pauses every rep on his chest. "He Dante what's your diet like these days?" "Awe man, I eat what ever." It is fucking unbelievable. I have to count every macro nutrient that goes into my body to keep from turning into a fat slob. These guys don't eat like complete shit and they are all jacked.

really, over the years i started at 130 , i am now 180 lean, i can hit 200 np - to get there cleanly i'll need another year. it takes time bro - doesnt happen over night.

so mr molecular biology, prove me wrong.

you can say im wrong - but prove it.

logic says, more cals in = more lbs on your body

btw gettin into shape takes consistency/ dedication and time, time,time - everybody wants a quick fix and jus becuase you undereat and dont know how to train dont make bs up.

everybody can grow - takes time

anymore i'm happy with where i'm at...i get props for being semi-jacked, i perform at my job with excellence, and i can run at a good clip.

fact of the matter is (not directed at you saladfork) most people lack the ability to eat the necessary calories. i dont care who you are if you are at least 5'8 getting to a clean 180 is cake - 200 will take some work, anything above that is where true dedication shows

I can maintain without the sauce, but to get to 215 I feel I almost need it. Could take me two years to gain that extra 10/15lbs. Even with the sauce it's still takes mass amounts of detication, time, energy & money to get bigger.

What do you eat in a week? Filling yourself up at dinner to you feel like puking doesn't mean you "eat like crazy". Every meal should be full.... and often.

If you create a demand in the muscle, and feed it, you'll grow.
