I've also attempted suicide twice. I learned the hard way that 45mg of xanax is not a fatal dose for a 190 lb. man. It just makes you feel like hell for a few days.

Swallowing pills isn't a suicide attempt; it's just feeling sorry for yourself. I would suggest bootcamp if you're still of age. Counselors are worthless pussies because problems like this demand more action than talking about feelings.
