fucked up ?

dudes i got a delima here.....im sorry but im a party animal and i cant not do something when i go out.....i started this cycle about 3 weeks ago and i havent drank a sip of liqour but ive been takin xtc, percs, and smokin weed.....before my cycle all i did was drink. my question is and its such a bad one ( i should be ashamed) whats worse for losing gains drinking? or all that other shit? thanks guys- lexus
 
x would be the most counterproductive IMO. A lot of people drink occassionly while on.... as well as pop pain killers.
 
I'm not sure any of it will make you lose gains, but it should make you put on wt. in places you don't want..

1 gram of prot and carb= 3 cal
1 gram of etoh= 7 cal
1 gram of fat= 9 cal

so you can see, etoh (alcohol) isn't much better than fat, calorie wise..

with weed, you'll eat anything and everything= not good

Lets see.

Alcohol - Add fat, destroy liver and keep you from getting good sleep.

Perc. - Destroy liver and keep you from getting good sleep.

X. - Oh that shit feels good. But. Will eat away at your muslce gains and keep you from getting any sleep.

Although. Some do use it during a cutting cycle about once every 2 weeks in place of alcohol and for extra weight loss.

Man i don't mean to preach and please don't get me wrong but you should not be doing any steroids. Seroiusly you are well on your way to fucking your self up. I would highly recommend a wash out period from all the stuff you are taking. Sounds to me like you have a really addictive persanality and need to get all you shit sraight first. Again i am not flaming you just looking out.

woah dude.. take it from a fellow bostonian .. if your gonna do a cycle lay off all drugs and boos. I don't have a sip of alcohol while on cycle.

percs: if your doing any orals its gonna tear apart your liver .. its not good to do with injectables either ..

weed: produces estrogen .. your asking for gyno when mixing it with a cycle ..

Well booze is bad because of the empty calories and the double wammy on your liver. Personally I do X from time to time. It is true you can't sleep on it so I always make sure I do it only when I have no commitments the next day and can sleep. I also take a mega dose of vitamins afterward. Seems to help with the after X drags. I am not sure I believe it eats muscle though....your Brain???? maybe! Weed is not good for me, I eat like a mad man and it is not chicken breast. I have no willpower at all. Also it raises estrogen levels. I believe everything in moderation, even juice. If you do have an addictive personality you will have to be careful for sure. Does alcoholism run in your family? If so beware and take care

Try to get your hands on some GHB or GBL. Doing that is better than the other stuff you were taking. Just do not abuse GHB or GBL, shit can fuck you up.

Just look at the physique of any alcoholic for the evidence. And not only do chronic alcoholics suffer from low T as a result of sippin' a cold one. Numerous studies have shown that even one night on the town can cause T levels to plummet.

In one particular study, men consumed the equivalent of giving 200 ml of alcohol to a 176-lb man. While intoxicated, T levels were 25% lower on average than before consumption. In addition, the time course of T decrease correlated exactly with blood alcohol so when blood alcohol was the highest, blood T was the lowest.(17) With even lower doses, T levels remained suppressed for 10-16 hours, even after blood alcohol returned to normal.(23,24)
