A team that needs to rebuild their offensive line and secondary isn't "on the line". and the fact john abraham has stayed relatively healthy is nothing short of a miracle. don't expect that to continue

Im dumb and your the god damn Kirk Herbstreet of EF. Good points made CW. Dynasties usually begin when a team drafts a franchise QB and builds around him. Matt Ryan is that guy, as long as they do not go the way of the Marino Dolphins they will win a SB in the near future.

Franchise quarterbacks.....and more importantly defense.

Patriots, Steelers, Giants, Bucs, Ravens. All the SB winners of the past decade won because of their defense for the most part. The one exception was the colts in 06 and even then their defense played really well with a healthy bob sanders in the playoffs.

Even the saints this year. The saints have had even the #1 or #2 ranked offensive in the league the past 4 years. Why did they win this year? Because greg williams , along with a few key acquisitions, made that defense into a turnover creating machine (that also scored a fuckload of defensive touchdowns). They won the game on a pick 6. I think that says it all.

Again very good points, and I have always beleived in the fact that defense wins championships. Thing is that Ryan will eventually have enough leverage to demand that they put a deffense on the field that can protect a lead. Watch them start to draft and sign players to start sureing up that deffense this year. And Gonzalez has at least 2or 3 more good years bro, just enough time for them to get it done.
