I jacked up my back missing a double on my dirtbike a the end of June and I was just getting back to about 95%, or so I thought. Then today, doing leg presses, I reinjured my lower back. Went to the doc and he said it's some sort of ligament damage. Not much I can do but wait it out and try to stretch it when possible. I'll get back into the gym in a couple of days and stay away from that leg press machine and slowly work my way up with dead lifts and squats. This is so fuckin depressing though. I was ready to run my second cycle this monday and now I'm going to have to wait 2-3 weeks. Sorry for the post, just venting,
