am i dying?

i never had anxiety issues before. Now i sometimes feel... nervous and jittery and panicky. It's minor, and unless i'm about to go to bed, i can distract myself, but it's kept me up a few times. The GERD is super annoying, but i've been taking some over the counter stuff and its better.

is it ebola? Are they related? Will my doc think i'm nuts? Am i nuts?

You are nuts.. I have GERD and I've found chewing sugar free gum helps more than over the counter stuff.. quicker and more effective.. maybe you could do both?

I was told it had to be sugar free but can't support that.. I can only say it helps me. It does something with promoting more saliva which keeps that acid out of your throat. I don't know the specifics on how it works but I have stomach ulcers and when I get bad reflux I can pop a nexium and chew some sugar free gum and it seems to disappear faster that way than chewing tums.

i just chewed a piece of gum until i couldn't take it any more. I'm not a big gum chewer, but i'll keep it in mind for when the acid reflux kicks in.

won't help for the anxiety unless somehow your anxiety is caused by acid reflux.. if you are having serious anxiety troubles I'd urge you to see a physician. I suffered from bad anxiety attacks while in school and had to take some meds to get it undercontrol.
