I bought a platinum membership a week ago and have not been granted platinum access....payment has been made and accepted....Supposed to have a bigger avatar...nothing.....asked for a refund do to lack of communication over a week an a half and no response...and once again nothing....can anyone help here? Obvisiouly customer service isn't helping out.
