So i just got back form an 11 day trip to Europe. I was around Italy,Greece and Turkey. I thought this may be an excellent time to cash in on some AS. Now, i know that As is not OTC in Turkey, but i also know that their dollar has deppreciated 80% over the last 2 years and that they will baisically do anything for money.
So i dragged one of my friends who has recently had a running injury. (He has a wicked looking scar on his left ankle) to the nearest pharmacy and told the pharmacist that we were in the area for a few months and the my friends medication (i didn't use any specific names because all names were different) got seized at customs because he left his prescription in the states. Well, they bought the whole story and went over a list of pain meds and gear to help us find the thing he was on. Pain meds for the pain and gear to help him build up the area around the ankle.
They said all they had to do was call the doctor and get a call-in prescription. WoW! Anyway, we didn't recognize any of the names of the things they offered so we said screw it and went on our way. They probably didn't have anything good (being that their economy is in the dumps) but it was still a learning experience. Next time i will be prepared with some turkish translated gear
