flaxseed capsules - Why do they not have alot of calories???

What is up?

They have only 50 calories, but states that it has all the EFA's?
is this true?

Wal-mart started selling this stuff, and its only 5 bucks, but I wanted to check and see what it is all about.

Probably they have like 5 gr of oil .. not too much.

Do you need to take a handful of them, just to get the same efa's as a TB of real flax oil???

How do you get the same benefit, or do you???
