try hemp oil
its got a better range of omega fatty acids (3, 6 and 9 i beliveve)
its cheaper than udo's choice (thought thats a better blend i believe)
it tastes good enough to take raw (like nuts)
its green (chlorophyll....its probably good for u, and if not it looks cool

i also vaguely remember a post by agent shagwell about flax oil and how something in there could be percieved as dangerous (think its was carcinogenic), though maybe that was just for women
......still i used to take flax, and i prefer hemp
downside is it dont go as well with protein shakes, but just take it raw ands its a . o . k
