I've had straight, unflavored protein shakes before. I thought I was prepared for whey. I was wrong.
I tried it for the first time Friday, and within moments I was leaning over the water fountain at my gym about to yak. So I went out and bought a bunch of kool-aid packets.
Thus far, Berry Blue was sufficiently strong to overpower the whey, and cherry just tasted plain wretched. I have strawberry left to try. I use one packet per drink.
Any other flavorings I should know about before I stock up on dozens of little Berry Blue packets?
