Bench
1x8x135
1x5x165
1x2x205
3x3x230 PR (Rest: 1:30, 2:00, 2:15)

High pulls
5x2x205 PR (1:00 rest between sets)

DB low incline
3x7xheaviest db PR (2:00 rest between sets)

BB pullovers
3x8x95 PR (1st time doing these heavy)

Comments: Fun workout and really short. Skipped front squats because I still had really bad doms in my legs. Must have been from squats monday. Bench was actually pretty easy, the only rep I had trouble with was the last rep of the 3rd set, it was a tiny bit hard to lockout. I'm hoping to get to 3x3x240, that would be huge gains from 240x2. I stalled on bb skullcrushers, so I switched to bb pullovers.

EM- We're out of school this week and the dude i go to the gym with is away. I'll see if he has a camera he can bring when he's back. Don't be mad if he doesn't because nobody has ever brought a camera to my gym

Pretty soon, I'll either do each part of the challenge on the normal days I do that lift, or I will take a seperate day to do it.

Do you guys just want to start and overall challenge thread, or do you want to do glad vs tblock and jdid vs em as seperate threads? If so I could start the thread for me right now and then we could decide on the rules and post the videos up.

BTW, jdid I know the reason you are calling me Tcock is because you know I could destroy you in a penis pushup challenge, that will be our next contest.:D

separate threads are fine imo. To be honest, with the way my training is going now i don't think i want to have a comp. I like everything that i am doing and don't think i am at the stage in 5/3/1 where i can take a week or even a session off to do hard deads and squats for hella high reps.

Dude come on you cant take 1 day to just do max reps, you act like ur gonna fuck ur whole training program up. What ever happened to lift hard and heavy?
