On a funny side though, there is a guy in my gym that only works arms and abs. On his hardest set of biceps curls he literally, I mean literally screams at the top of his lungs in agony!!! All I can think is "Bro, if you are gonna scream, at least be doing some deadlifts or squats lol!!!"

I actually could have pulled like 315 or more, when I did 285 the bar got way off balance but with 305 and my left hand I got it clean and fairly easy. And yeah I used a strap. Anyway I challenged that guy to do some 2 handed deadlifts, I let him use straps and a belt, but he got to 360 without much difficulty
