tblock im sorry please dont hurt me :lmao:
Do your squats and drink your milk and I might have mercy on your pitiful self:D

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

On a funny side though, there is a guy in my gym that only works arms and abs. On his hardest set of biceps curls he literally, I mean literally screams at the top of his lungs in agony!!! All I can think is "Bro, if you are gonna scream, at least be doing some deadlifts or squats lol!!!"

I dunno. I'm the exact opposite.

I hardly eat any food...Weighing at 195 lbs I should be consuming around 2650 just to maintain (using Lyle's and Leigh's calculators) and I barely get 1500 and yet I just stay the way I am. I think my metabolism is shot to shit though. I know that if I ever told nutrition specialists like Alan Aragon about my diet they'd think it was a miracle I am still able to move around. I am pushing my luck though....Thats why I've started eating right finally. But, due to so much abuse it'll be a while before a true effect takes place.

Sorry to go off topic...I was just commenting on how we're all so different.

But that is the thing I don't get with you: you keep mentioning how I don't have much muscle mass but my arms are bigger than you, our legs are around the same, and my back and shoulders are bigger than you from looking at your pics. I just don't get it.....

I had a great workout last night, will post it up later. I 1 hand deadlifted 305 with my left hand:) In mathematical terms, that looks like

Tblock1: 1 handed deadlift left arm>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>jdid's 2 handed deadlift

:D:D:D

lol @ in mathematical terms.

Also, I am not going to be maxing on deads for the next 2 months, so no shit you can deadlift more than me; once i max i will be way ahead of your 1 arm :)

Btw, did you use straps? Can you video it next time? I'd love to see it to be honest :)

No prob:) Like 10 guys from my neighborhood that I have known forever were down there and they wanted to see my 1 handed deadlift max, so one of the guys challenged me. We did 135, 205, 255, 285, then 305. He had never deadlifted in his life and weighed 6 foot 4 190-192, and he pulled 285 one handed :eek2: I actually could have pulled like 315 or more, when I did 285 the bar got way off balance but with 305 and my left hand I got it clean and fairly easy. And yeah I used a strap. Anyway I challenged that guy to do some 2 handed deadlifts, I let him use straps and a belt, but he got to 360 without much difficulty:eek2: I've always considered him a strong guy but that is super strong for your first time deadlifting:artist:

Nope, no way you will be ahead of my 1 handed max bro:D Anyway yeah I really want to make a video of them, they are one of my favorite lifts. I have to watch them though because I think they may be what hurt my right finger tendon. So maybe I will only do left handed ones for a while, although I am worried about an imbalance. I want to do them without straps too to build my grip, doing 315 one handed with no straps would be gnarly grip strength

I meant you dont seem to be getting any bigger, and wondered why cause I couldnt see a flaw in your training/nutrition. I didnt mean it as a criticism.

Post pics of said shoulders and back

Alright cool:) My flaw right no is not in training, that's going great. My flaw is diet right now, since that stomach flu i had a few weeks ago I havent been able to eat a ton. In addition, I was on break all last week+ so getting up late is good but only getting 3 meals a day is bad. I have definitely gained size since the beginning of my routine, I think i have lost a couple pounds fat while gaining a little mscle, because I have definitely gotten a little bigger. The problem is I don't want ot get much bigger, because thta makes running much harder.

that is true but I hope you know eventually if you wanna be the best soldier you can then your lifting will have to take a back seat for conditioning/endurance type training...

Yep especially in the units I want to go in, running is top priority. I have been running 2 miles once, 3 miles once, and 5 mile once every week. However I got horrible shin splints last week from trying to hold too fast a pace on the 5 miler. My main issue right now is pushup and situp endurance, I am not working that enough.
