Comments: Good workout, but split jerk went bad because my legs were still hurting from these really bad shin splints I got running on Thuursday. My upperbody was fine but at the start if the jerk every time I dipped down my legs hurt so I couldn't get enough force
On the good side, I used straps and wrapped them really tight, and it helped my wrists a lot which were killing me after sets of this. CGBP is going really well, I'm 5 pounds aboe bodyweight for 3x6
Couldn't finish the last set of db press with good form, will go for 3x7 nest week. Also, I was really worried about dropping the bar during heavy sets of curls so I did my curls in the squat rack, it was awesome and I felt really safe because I knew if I messed up I had the rack to protect me
