Seemed like a great exercise to my but I started a thread in this forum and everyone started trashing it lol, doesn't make any sense to me, how can it not be safe if you have a spotter? The only thing bad I can see it doing is stressing your shoulders more than usual. Gladiator if you ever get a chance on one of your bench days would you try military bench for me, no pause but a strict press with legs crossed over each other in the air? I'm dying to know what people's bench press with leg drive is compared to this exercise lol!!!!
