My blood pressure yesterday was 135/63......little off but not to worried
And regarding calorie counting I know I'm kinda being a noon for not counting everything but my main focus is getting enough proteins and carbs....I do keep track of those lightly and I'll check out your post for sure bro.....it's extremely difficult for me to keep track because of my job I work in a metal fabrication shop ao everything has to be microwave Cooked and sometimes I have to travel so it gets hard sometimes but I keep my protein and carbs good and it works for me
As for sides my lethargy has not bothered me since day 2.....lower back pumps kill after I go for a run but besides that I'm feeling good.....I'm on day 6, starting to get excited!![]()
Monday - Friday I usually keep a tight routine which does not change much. So all I need to do it count them once (takes me 5-10 min) and done. I went on livestrong.com and did it. It’s free and ridiculously easy. I’m not pushing you to do it, just thought id share my experience. Lol. Like you, I was sure I was getting my required dose of carbs and protein (I was semi close), but what surprised me the most was the amount of fats I was eating. It’s crazy how the smallest thing can really change your diet.
In regards to lethargy, I honestly don’t feel it that much. I’m generally sleepy in the morning, so it’s nothing new. Back pumps I’ve felt, but very moderately… I’m not running, just light jogging (20min 3 X a week) in order to keep fat and back pumps at bay.
What I do feel is a bit nauseas. After every work out, I’m feeling nauseas and have to wait at minimum 30 min before I can drink my post work out shake. I’m hoping this gets better with time, since it’s a bad feeling. Last night, I woke up 3 times covered in sweat. My pillow was soaked and I had to pee like a race horse. Second night with night sweats, but this time much more pronounced. The peeing I think had to do with the high intake of water last night.
Other than that, everything seems ok. I’m keeping water intake high and working out extremely hard. I don’t feel any changes in size or strength, but don’t expect it either till mid second week. Keep me posted bro! take it easy!
