As for my personal information, I'm 24 at 200lbs, 5' 7" but my Body Fat I'm not sure of. It's not high though. My training isn't overly intense,
only about 9-12 exercises per body part (3-4 failure sets) and my calories have been about 3500-4000 for a while now. Clean, with a 3:4 ratio of protein:carbohydrates. With the advise I've been given here, I'm sure to make adjustments to my cycle.
This really is an amazing place to look for help, so thanks again guys. I'm sure I'll be having more questions, so expect me to be back around at some point lol
