First Cycle Advice?

Bro, run HCG at 500 mg/week throughout the cycle. PCT- all you need is nolvadex and sustain alpha.
Week 1-4(two weeks after your last inject): Nolva-20 mg/day

If you haven't purchased your gear yet, try something less exotic as sus. I've run it all, and Sust SEEMS like a great thing, but honestly i wasn't that impressed, AND since it is your first cycle stick with something that has a shorter 1/2 life than the stuff in Sust, and like most said keep the DECA for another time.

I ran Test CYP @ 200/wk my first cycle....and I WISH I had doubled it. Stick with something simple. If you do Want to run Dbol keep it to 2 weeks maybe 3 if you are having fun.

I'm not sure where or when Nolvadex got such a bad name but AROMASIN can have nasty sides in MY EXPERIENCE. Nolvadex handles sides VERY well for me. Where those antiaromatases' make my bones ache, kill my libido, and generally make me feel like shit.

Run Nolva if you start to have sides 20-60mgs/day until the sides are gone!

Seems like PCT.....has become a catchy phrase around here. Keep it simple. HCG during cycle or the last half has always worked well for me. 1000 i/u's per week for the last few, or 5000 i.u.'s every 5 days starting your last week, and get 20,000iu's.

Skip the expensive trend or flavor of the week that I see being pushed around here, and keep it simple, and stick with effective tried and proven winners.
 
Thanks for all the suggestions, wow. I never expected to have so much input given all the other threads. Thanks :) As for my personal information, I'm 24 at 200lbs, 5' 7" but my Body Fat I'm not sure of. It's not high though. My training isn't overly intense, only about 9-12 exercises per body part (3-4 failure sets) and my calories have been about 3500-4000 for a while now. Clean, with a 3:4 ratio of protein:carbohydrates. With the advise I've been given here, I'm sure to make adjustments to my cycle.

This really is an amazing place to look for help, so thanks again guys. I'm sure I'll be having more questions, so expect me to be back around at some point lol

9-12 exercises per body part or did u mean sets? cuz if it is the first case that is alot of volume, overtraining imo.

I wouldn't consider Nolvadex "proven" or especially effective for anything other than breast tumors. The sides can be really nasty too.
