Weekly wrap up
The week has been extremely busy with little free time. I trained 4 times this week instead of the 5 I wanted and had to train at various locations. I really dislike having to train at different locations throughout the week. Calories are sitting around 3200-4000 depending on physical activity during the day. Weight has jumped to around 98kg average.
I had one vial of Primo from core which I have now added in. Test also bumped up.
Dosages are 300mg test/ 150mg Primo. Bloods to be obtained in 3 weeks to determine if Primo lowers e2 enough or if more needs to be added in.
I wanted to increase the training frequency to PPL/R but I doubt I will have the time. It's looking like it'll be p/p/l/r/up/low/r
No change to blood pressure averaging115/70. RHR down a beat to 69
