I've been reading threads on 1-ad for a while and I'm going to start a cycle after July 4th. Season starts mid august so I want to add maybe 5-10 pounds during it. Now I am on a shredding cycle to drop some bf. I aim to be 230 when I am done (around the 4th), currently 242.
First I would welcome any advice for a first cycle. I have no problem eating like a horse and taking care of sleep, hydration ect. From what I have learned I plan to start 300 a day for the first 2-3 weeks and then step it up. Im not sure if Im gonna go 4, 5, or 6 weeks but I will know that soon.
Considering my season starts mid august how should that factor into my cycle (it demands lots of cardiovascular endurance) ? Besides that, any and all first time advice would be huge!!!
