Nope, not all all, no water retention at all, I am shredded. No chance of gyno either. Thats why when all is said and done Var is actually a pretty cheap cycle as long as you're not looking to bulk up.

sounds like u had a nice little cycle there. how was your diet? never did var, just winny but thinking about using it alone soon before my big ripper end of feb. did u ever use winny alone?
wondering what the differences are (physique-wise) w/ a var only cycle and a winny only cycle.

My diet was the same as always, high protein and clean, but not obsessively so. Basically I just ate what I normally do, which is whatever I want except for desserts, candy, alchohal, and fried foods.

45mg ED IP var split into 3 does (15mg am, 15mg around 3, and then 15mg before bed)

Start: 170 5'11" 8% BF
End: 175 5'11" 6% BF

Overall, I was very happy with the results, probably my favorite cycle. I have veins all over my Bi's I've never had before, other places too. The only sides were a few mild pimples on face only. Seriously thinking about just going 10 on 10 off of this cycle from now on. Hope this helps someone.

Naturally slimmer, would probably be naturally about 160 or so without AS at this BF.

Not bad ... quick math .. looks like a net gain of 8.1lbs of lean muscle, and a decrease of 3.1 lbs of body fat. Nothing like doing them both at the same time.

And good to here that you didnt get gyno from running IP Var/dbol/drol, lol. Must have his shit together.
