Fina/Winny question. Zyg or TX.

out of your experinece what kind of gains should I expect.
I heard really great things about fina and am in a hurry to try it out.

I think I may use fina/test for the 6 weeks
then when I get more EQ use that with winni 50ED. sound good.

Gains? Man, with fina/test the gains are all over the place. It really depends on your diet and workouts. Some people who eat enough protein and workout can expect pretty damn good gains, and no bloat from this. Again, a definite number is hard to pinpoint. For 6 weeks, maybe 2 pounds/week, it could easily be more, but that would be a good median.

Others don't gain much in the way of lean mass, but really drop the bodyfat tremendously.

Like I said, all over the place. Fina can be used for bulking and cutting cycles. If you focus on fatloss, fina is wonderful. You will notice plenty of changes once you get to the 10-12% bf range.

Fina is my favorite.

next cycle EQ and Winnie 50mg eod.

My protein is high 300mg
carbs hopefully low 200mg
fat i take flax seed oil 42g per day plus regular fats from meat egs ect.

Damn, all I ever use is the 25g, and at every day last time, I had to break down and get some insulin pins.

22g look like big howitzer cannons to me!

I haven't read any responses, so here are my initial thoughts...

You will have to work your ass off in order to get 10 pounds of LBM (mainly through a good diet with plenty of protein and a great training schedule).

If you were a newbie then you could actually see 12-15 pounds from that, but you can still reach your goals.

I will warn you that it will be hard and you will be disappointed if you slack (but knowing you, you will do fine).

I hear people taking insulin needles. I always took 22 guages.
Are slin needles fine? Id have to shoot the delt or thighs though right?

It would be my first delt injection. !!! !!!

Keep in mind the concentration of your fina plays a role in its viscosity. If you look at what you get in the kits you will see that with higher concentrations you use less oil for the final solution meaning it should flow a bit easier at 200mg/ml than at 75mg/ml.

The test dose should be fine for your labido, but a little low to add huge results. I guess nolva depends on how you react to the test, in the end, when in doubt as to how you respond, be prepared.
