you looked pretty impressive at the start, and your progress is apparent. for EF standards, you could use some more mass,. and lean up your waist. good luck.

yes i will agree with the mass isssue but i have been trying i hate beening bloated so i try just for lean gains i am not looking to be 250 at 6 feet but 200 or 210 would be great and that is an obtainable goal, so slow and steady wins the race, and yes AAS is in use sust 250 2xEW and 500 mg EQ EW
(1 shot GTP EQ) so i feel great but i have laways been lean but from 135 llbs alomost 2 yrs ago to 186 or so, i have accompished a lot in my eyes., thanks for ur comments.

glennds i did not ,there have been people that have said soem stupid shit i can take the constructive words, if i in anyway thought that i would get shit on i would never post them up, I think a lot of peolle here talk the talk but no one wnats to walk the walk, I have no fera to put some stupid pics up cause a lot of other people do not even have the balls to do soo, and they are usually the ones that shit talk the most.

but I am happy with what i have seen soo far and still seeing so i will get to putting some more bulk on gotta finish this one out and well test E and abombs away prob some deca and i will get ther but i am being very patient it will not come over night.

Hit some wide grip chins and your back will widen up fast!
I am the same way about not bloating and gaining lbm.
Is that the GTP EQ 500 you are using? If so, how is it?

i am loving it, the sust is the same but that EQ if u get ur hands on it if rocks i am soooo vascular and it is just starting to really kick in my strength is going through the roof, on DB bench press i usually max out at 80 for 5 reps i am pushing 95 and 100 DB's for 6 so i feel great. i feel harder and think that EQ will be in every cycle from here on out. i have been hitting those wide grip chins just getting to the point where i need to add some weight cause i am hitting all 5 rep at 5 sets so i need some resistance any ideas?

hey bro... hard to tell from the small pics (post for non-plats) but can tell you've put on some size and even look a bit leaner...
I'm assuming you're doing the 5 x 5... you can do two things here: either strap on a weight belt and add weights, OR while doing the 5 x 5 i modify it and do bent over rows for the 5 x 5 and save the wide grips for my 10 - 12 reps and keep them slow, controlled, and full rep range.
Another thing that i like to do for back is a 50 rep workout: try and get 50 reps of wide grip chins in as few sets as possible. I've found my back responds well to this.

How's the diet coming along?

hey van the deit is working out great i am using thoise casine shakes before bed and a whey for everything else at 2 shakes a day they all are about 1000 cals or more with 50 grams of protien lots of fish lately (tuna mahi mahi ect..) The eq has kicked in and I have been on a huige grilled cheese kick as an add on to anything i eat i mena it is carbs ect... no butter and lots of red meat, people i work with are wondering why the hell i am eating soo much i tell them i am pregnant hehehehehe, like last night had a burger lean beef we ground our self at work with so oinion mush ect a large sweet potato and 2 grilled cheese along with a shake to top it off then came home and ate a can of tuna 3 hrs later with another shake before bed, i am feeling great the LBS are starting to come thanks a lot for all ur hellp and continued help van i owe a lot to u. :) :) :)

Rao, we've got similar builds. I've been as low as 155 and as high as 207 in the last two years. I'm now just under 200lbs in the am at 6'. Just over at night. For skinny guys like us, stick with lots of compound movements. Love the deads, squats, gm's, etc. Keep up the good work bro. Has the EQ gave ya more of an appetite?

the EQ ( this the first runn with EQ) and i am in love i think more than my GF, I am eating like a pigg everything and anyhting in sight, people at work are starting to ask question, i mena they know i have but i just say i am 6 months pregnant hehe i will run EQ with every cycle from heer on out, running GTP 500mg EQ this shit great. :p

I am doing a 5x5 variation and it is working great but thanks for ur support. :p

I have not had any appetite gain from 400mg QV EQ and 500 Test. I only added the EQ to get an appetite, all it seems to be doing is hardening me. I don't care about that, I need to eat! Maybe I'll up my EQ?

hey nash i am runnign 500mg EW and i am into week 7 and it finally kick on it was like a switch went on and said please stuff ur face to where u feeling ur gonna puke then eat some more, so what week are u into and QV is good gear but u should try some ug EQ maybe u will ahve better results. I think 400- 750 mg of eq is plenty i think a lot of people will agree with me? :p

Well, I'll give it a week or so. I'm just about 7 weeks and I respond slowly to all oils. If I'm not hungry, I'm gonna try 500 or 600. Good luck on this one bro...
