I'm assuming you're doing the 5 x 5... you can do two things here: either strap on a weight belt and add weights, OR while doing the 5 x 5 i modify it and do bent over rows for the 5 x 5 and save the wide grips for my 10 - 12 reps and keep them slow, controlled, and full rep range.
Another thing that i like to do for back is a 50 rep workout: try and get 50 reps of wide grip chins in as few sets as possible. I've found my back responds well to this.
How's the diet coming along?
