My right knee is becoming a real pain in the ass (water on the knee). It used to bother me years ago, and now it's back. I did a pretty hard leg workout tonight and my knee has got a dull soreness in it. Anyone had any luck with glucosamine/chondroitin or wrapping it/knee braces? I'm on a eq/sust cycle and I'd rather not give my legs a break mid-cycle.
