That's true I completely agree with that...sometimes.

however isolation is a sign of depression. I don't know if solitude always creates growth by default.

It can create growth. Not always. Solitude can also be a dark hole, and it get can get hard or sometimes impossible to find your way out it if you get too comfortable there
