I'm with Conan on this one. Tri's and Delts are tied for first... then quads, then glutes.
Bicep injections suck. I got a major phobia of them after my pgf2a run, and can hardly get myself to stick there anymore.
I just took a shot of Fina bi's, however... and after about 10 minutes of wussin' out, I finally shot.
Not sure when I'll be able to get the balls up to do it again. Can't stand the fuckin' bi shots.
