Actually I did have a post here quite awhile ago with me on my bike at 300lbs. I really should find it and post it up again but I want to do a before and after type of thing once I get back from Jamaica in 2 weeks.

I dont know you, but in the last few days I have not seen ONE helpful post --- granted i have only read a handful, but seems like all jokes no help....

I will read some of your past posts, but posts on penis, sitting on a toilet ect ect not helping... adds to post count yes ----helps nobody
