Diet:
Day One:
Protein/Carbs every meal up until 4pm (after 4 no carbs)
Last meal had some fat (Almonds usually)

Day Two:
Protein/Carbs every other meal up until 4pm (after 4 no carbs)
Meal without carbs had vegetables
Last meal had some fat (Almonds usually)

Day Three:
Protein/Carbs 1st meal and P/W only, vegetables every other
Last meal had some fat (Almonds usually)
Repeat

Training was high reps and all super-setting

Chest
Legs
Off
Arms
Shoulders
Back
Off
With 30-45 minutes of cardio per workout

Hey everyone thank you for the responses, I was away from the computer all week so this is the 1st chance I’ve had to respond…

Hayez & Enacer: I didn’t have any way to upload pics at the time so that’s why there’s no before ‘s :(

Also had to take 'em myself thus no leg pics

IA: goals were to do a little of both, drop some BF while adding lean muscle mass

Korin: Next goal? See above….and to come to the Adega and dance on the bar

Reformata: Yea, my very good friend is a trainer/dietitian and she set that up for me.

Test P and Mast 50mg’s/ED 1-10
Tren A 75mg/ED 1-8
Beastdrol 50mg’s/ED 5-10

That looks like a sick cycle EZ! What kind of sides did you experience?? How much weight did you gain and how much bf did you lose??

A little irritability the 1st few days but that was pretty much it. No Insomnia, no sweating @ night...

BF was taken, came out 11% before I started it was probably around 17???

With the loss of some fat and the adding of lean muscle I ended up weighing a little less...my scale said 170 but I think that may be wrong
