Extreme Eating for Mass

I think your post is great but I also don't agree with it 100%. I think it is possible to eat 7,000Kcal clean I do it a lot. I am not a top body builder or anything but I can eat nonstop. I agree 100% that you can not get huge and be ripped all the time either. but I think that guys like lee P or a bit extreme on the plump side. but you are going to gain some fat with a lot of muscle there is just no way around that. but if you need 7,000-10,00kcal clean and lift and cycle well in the off season and do some cardio you will gain a lot of mass and not as much fat adn then come contest time you don't have to go crazy dieting and loss that hard earned muscle. I think some guys use bulking as a time to get fat and lazy. It is not easy for me to rip up and I hate cardio as much as the next guy but at least for my body is not a good idea to eat shit food at anytime.

some people however have to take in whatever kcals they can jsut becuase their metabolism is so damn high it will not let them build muscle unless they do.

so after all of that typing what I am trying to say it you do not have to be a fat ass to bulk up.
 
me personally, i used to be very skinny so i dont really gain much fat but i do tend to bloat up from eating too much crap, but then come the diet i'm ussually able to dump most of the unwanted weight within a few weeks.
