Extended business trip to Warsaw Poland - Need advice

I have recently been tasked to travel to Warsaw Poland for 6 months. I am wondering if you all can provide any advice of places to train downtown Warsaw and more importantly what the laws and availibity of gear is there.

It's illegal. But it's everywhere once you get into the gyms. Sorry I can't help you with Warsaw though.
