Eq and Propecia

Is it advisable to take propecia with EQ only at 600 mgs per week for 12 weeks? If so how much, or will Saw Palmetto do if neccesary at all. ? Just worried about excess DHT but am not sure if EQ causes the same magnitude of problems as Test in this area. Thanks guys.
