Endurance,and lean mass cycle

judo is right.

i would google high altitude training if you want to boost your endurance and learn about what EPO is and how oxygen and RBC count effect your endurance.

running AAS will be counter productive to your goals.. I know cause I tried it myself, gotta trust the experience of others.. but like i said do your own DD and you will get your own answers

I understand. I've read a little on EPO, i know it's what all the pro endurance athletes use. But I have no idea how or where to get my hands on it.

what i was getting at was why add roids. if you only want to add a bit of mass you can do that naturally at your weight. Trust me doing all that cardio and training is keeping you from building muscle. and that will happen with or without aas. so if you want to put on muscle you need to cut out some of the training, eat more and rest more.

the roids were mainly to get the strength boosts, and honestly i believe i was able to run and sprint faster when i was on. this is a pre season cycle, season will start around right after my PCT. but SEAL training starts in a few weeks.

The PT test is one of a few elements that will get me in, and also see where i'm at. You do a 500yd swim, pushups 2minutes, situps 2 minutes, deadhang pullups, run 1.5miles in boots and long pants. You get a 2minutw break inbetween each To be competetive, my times need to be: 8minutes for the swim, around 80 pushups, around 80 situps, 16-20 deadhang pullups, and the run in 10minutes.

When i was on i was able to do all those competitive times, but now i cant do more than 12pullups, 45pushups, 40 situps. I really think my muscle endurance really went to shit because my recovery was horrible. I did a nolva/clomid PCT, it sucked.

If you are really going into the military for something like that be careful. there are a lot of risks with using and getting caught. also your schedule, diet, travel is not in your control.. nothing is really so the cycle could get all messed up...if you run into problems during the cycle you are also limited as well... just a word of caution hope you have this figured out.

you might want to think about a legal otc stack. again just to give you more options something like epi strong and katanadrol would be nice legal and safe? even 10mg of beast a day stacked with katanadrol could be cool.

IDK just a lot could happen. either way you will get help here with whatever you do but really think it through and best of luck to you!

I'm not getting shipped till 8 months from now.. I'm already enlisted and already have a SEAL contract. I'm finishing my wrestling season, training with senior chief 3 days a week starting in a few weeks, all the way up till I leave. I go to 8 week bootcamp, then I'm sent to cali for BUDs.

So i'll have plenty of time for a cycle and such. And yeah I have heard good things about beastdrol, but wouldn't it kill my cardio?

I'm not trying to be a d*ck or bust your b*lls, but those numbers in 2 minutes seem...pretty bad. I can't imagine that you will be able to cycle once part of the program, so what are you going to do 10 months from now if your numbers drop so significantly? I would really consider Judo Tom's suggestion and go with a more OTC approach. Again, I mean no offense. I'm just tryng to look ahead and would hate to see you in a vulnerable or bad position 2 months into your SEAL training. Good luck!

No I don't take offense to your response at all. I respect it. But i believe my numbers went to shit because I really haven't recovered from my last cycle, my PCT wasn't great. Nolva & clomid. Just didn't seem to work for me. But next cycle I won't make that mistake.

And those numbers really are not bad, and that wasn't my max, I said I was able to do those no problem. But factoring that you only get a 2 minute rest between each thing makes it much more difficult. Swimming really takes it out of you, then you have to do all the callestenics, then run. It's harder than it sounds, but no my numbers aren't ridiculous, I just think they were pretty good. At the time I wasn't doing very much callestenics. My muscle endurance was better than it is now, but not nearly as good as it could have been. I was doing nothing but heavy resistance exercises. I got my max bench up to 315lbs, flat dumbbell bench 130s in each hand. Military press was 235 max, squat was 425, and legpress 850. Those numbers are pretty damn good for someone my size, correct me if i'm wrong.

But trust me I completely understand all these responses, they make sense. But I honestly believe that this cycle, with an actual great PCT afterwards, will do me some good. Short term and long term.

if you are in the middle of PCT or rebounding during your tests you will be in trouble, I don't care how good your PCT is. thats the problem with juicing ahead of it and why training naturally is your best option.. you get busted for juicing they will kick you out automatically. they do search your stuff to make sure you have no contraband.

anyway whatever you choose to do good luck.. let us know how it goes .. have fun in hell week lol (i have a buddy who did it, its called hell week for a reason lol)

Damn! Hell yeah those are good numbers!!! For your weight, those are pretty kick-ass numbers!!! I'm glad you understand I wasn't trying to talk trash. Believe me, I respect the commitment that you are making for our country and wish you all of the best!!!

I really think you should focus on the seal stuff.. wrestling is great but that part of your life is basically over if you go into the seals.

If making it through seal training is really your #1 goal that should be your #1 focus. Do some backplanning and start there. I would look into a program that would make you pretty strong but have insane endurance and build up your mental will and ability to push yourself. How often are the seals gonna make you bench press or militray press.

I would do something like crossfit and add in something like wendler 3x a week with no assistance exercises.. any extra energy should be spent running/lifting. If you are not 100% recovered then you should run an 8week PCT not a cycle. Get yourself good and healthy functioning 100%

If those lifts are still there then you are strong enough. Work on musclular endurance and anaerobic conditioning. Get your swim down so its NOTHING not taxing at all.... just a walk in the park...

Not sure what your situation is but I would look into a GOOD crossfit gym or do the wods from crossfit football. and again swim swim swim... run run run.

Good Luck
