End Of Week 4 on Fina. Lower Back Pumps Indescribable.

Still have 4 weeks to go. I mean its nothing I cant work through, especially since the gains are amazing.
Suck it up camper :) a nice HOT shower with a massaging head followed by laying down seems to allow the back to relax a bit. Just did legs today, and I am one hurting mofo. Legs burned so bad and pump was so killer I thought I was goona blow chunks. 2 hours later they are still so hard I could chop wood on em.....damn I love fina...Moooo!

bro,what are your gains so far...?in addition,2.5 gallons is probably not enuff for ya...try at leat 4 gallons...i know it's a bitch to visit the bathroom that many times...but your lower back will thank you for it!!!

About 4 weeks into fina/prop/halo cycle and loving it. Started at 5ft 6 188lbs 10%. Im in at 202 now BF the same if not lower. May bump the water though I know my kidneys aren't the problem. I can feel the muscle tightness.

I had forgotten about that fina side effect. I did a fina cycle this summer (100 mg EOD) and had this problem with every leg workout.

I found that if I did a slow easy set of ab crunches between squat sets it would help stretch and relax my lower back. Also I often substituted hack squats for regular squats...with your lower back pushed against the pad of the hack squat machine, your lower back muscles are used less and don't cramp up.

Tomorrow I'm starting another fina cycle, 75 mg ED. Glad that you reminded me about the lower back tightness problem.
 
Even at 300mg Fina ED I didn't get any back pain, HOWEVER
I got CRAZY tightness in my calves.

I'd play ball for 60 mins then go to bed 2 hrs later. The next
morning I woudn't be able to walk because my calves felt
like ROCKS.

I had to use half a gel-tube of extra-strength deep heat to
be able to get up and walk normally.

Congrads on the progress bro, i bet you can't wait to finish up those last 4 weeks to see the rest come along, it only gets better from here...FUCK THE PAIN, just think about the benefits...PUSSY!..lol.

We are about the same height and weight...I will be starting a cycle pretty soon and ending it with fina/winny. How is your diet and are you putting any cardio in there. I would like to see the same results. The goal is 205-210 @ 7-8%BF. Any advice you could throw my way i would greatly appreciate.

Fonz: I got the same problems. I play soccer and after about 30mins my calves start cramping up and they get so tight i can barely walk. the next day is even worse... Currently im on 100mg Fina/50mg winny ED.
