Emergency Please Help!

i almost always shoot EQ into my shoulders....

sometimes...it takes a few days to fully disolve..i feel the area that i inject a bit hard....

but it usually goes away....

now..i feel like a have a somewhat hard bubble in my shoulder....

it does NOT hurt...

the area is NOT red....

and it is not swollen....

i am a bit curious....should i go to the doctor? should i attempt to drain it myself? what should i do?

Don't worry. You are fine. That is probably oil that has not dispersed into the tissues yet. Is the area bruised? If so, it may be blood from a vein you ruptured. Don't drain it yourself!

Put a little heat on it...massage the hell out of it...And then ice it!

It should go away soon...

i have one in both shoulders that do not go away

part of it may be scar tissue cause my left shoulder's is bigger cause i am right handed

i hit my shoulders all the time...
