What is your 1)height, 2)weight, 3)body fat%, 4)age, and 5)arm size in inches?

Mine is: 5'10, 223lbs,12%bf, 21yrs, 19.6 inches flexed.

Try to keep the jokes to a minimum, I just want to compare with some of you elite members. I want to know where I stand with you guys. And please no lying.

6'4--245lbs @ 16%BF--28years old--18 1/4 flexed

Was always skinny all through HS and College.

Started seriously training 5 years ago at 195lbs @ 22%BF. Completed 8 cycles. Very hard gainer, especially my bi's. My tri's carry my size. I would be at a much better development and body composition if I could keep my diet clean and wasnt prone to injury, but I guess thats the breaks!

Wow thanks for the reply. I also carry a bit more size in my triceps than my biceps.

Seems like I got tiny arms compared to all of you. At 6 feet two, 215lb,9%BF, I just have 17" arms.
BTW: How many centimeters is an inch? 2.7 cm= 1 inch?
