Squatted 405x5 to parrallel or 1-2" below on Sunday, bodyweight 201. I'm still losing weight but my strength is going up. The only problem is my grip is weak as shit, that and I have a hard time doing Zerchers cause my arms are short
, the bar never seems to sit in my arms.
Just a general bitch, my training method is going well, just need to compensate for weak grip and hopefully my events will catch up.
