Effective daily dosage for Liver Support??

Need some help with this one guys......
What should the daily dose be for the following, inregards to Liver Support and Detoxification?

Milk Thistle/Silymarin?
NAC?
Calcium D-Glucarate?
ALA?
TMG?

Nelson? Ulter? Macro?

I've done hours of "searching" and still not quite sure of the necessary dosages........gonna have to keep bumping this one.

with milkthistle, you should use the kind with alpha lipoic acid. with an average mg. capsule i would use about 6 capsules per day while on aas.

Here is what I use:

Calcium D-Glucarate - - 3gm/day
NAC - - 4gm/day
Reduced L-Glutathione - - 1gm/day
r-ALA - - 1gm/day
Tylers Liver Detox - - 2 caps 2Xday
Milk Thistle/Silymarin - - 2gm/day

TMG - Do not know what this is
