what's up satch bro.. my stats:

172 lbs
about 9 % bf.
my first cycle i was able to bench 315 x 3 times. Several times indeed! Now, I know you're much bigger than I am..so what's up wid dat! Do i have to refer you to div? lol.. I bench 2 x's a week .. warm up with 135 x 10's, then go directly to 205 x 10s, 225, 5 times, 255 5 times, 275 x 5 times, then 305 x 3 times and then 315 x 3. Sometimes, if I max, i will 205 x 10, then directly to 275 x 3 and then to 315 x 3. I'm at 295 x 5 right now. You better get it or I'm calling you out bro.
