Havent worked out in about half a year and just finished two week loading phase... I want to start off on a a new program and i was wondering if this was an at all good idea...? Ive done the eca stack before and it worked out ok but i wasnt sure if adding creatine to this was a good idea... Does anyone know if its ok to do this or if 6 weeks eca followed by on creatine is more benifical.. thanks in advance for any input i get.
